I recently had a very bad migraine so I bought Excedrin and Excedrin pm. I picked it up at noon, about 10. It's one o'clock in the morning. And I'm awake.

Excedin Excedrin contains caffeine which can wake you up. Caffeine affects some people and does not affect others.
